Colour Vision Testing

There is a high percentage of the population with color vision deficiency, particularly men.

Mostly congenital, that won’t change over time. However, in less common cases, colour vision problems can develop as a result of disease, or even certain medications intake.

People with colour deficiencies are able to recognize colors most of the times, however some jobs require workers to be able to distinguish colours under several specific circumstances.
In our office we test colour vision, and are able to determine what type of colour deficiency each person has. We perform the standard Ishihara test, and also the Farnsworth test when needed.
